SECTION 1. Any member of the House of Representatives or of the Senate who is found to have voted under the influence of a former President or member of the House of Representatives or of the Senate or non-government organization shall be subject to immediate removal from office and prohibition from further service as President or member of the House of Representatives or of the Senate.

SECTION 2. Upon completing one's service as President or member of the House of Representatives or of the Senate, an individual shall henceforth be prohibited from soliciting or influencing any particular vote of any member of the House of Representatives or of the Senate.
